How Silent Hero Works

Four steps from witnessed incident to school action — without anyone knowing who reported it.

01
🔐
Student Registers

Students sign up privately using their student number and a one-time school access code. No public app store download required.

02
📣
Files a Report

Students describe the incident, select a type, set urgency, and optionally attach photo, video, or audio. Fully anonymous.

03
Staff Notified Instantly

Designated school authorities receive an immediate alert with full report details, urgency level, and location context.

04
💬
Resolved Securely

Two-way encrypted messaging lets staff follow up with the student — and take action — without ever revealing their identity.

Why Schools Choose
Silent Hero

🔒
Fully Anonymous

Student identity is encrypted and never visible to anyone. Disclosed only upon a confirmed second false report — with a full appeal process in between.

🇨🇦
Canadian Data · PIPEDA

All student data is stored exclusively on Canadian servers. Fully compliant with PIPEDA and provincial privacy legislation. No US data exposure.

📍
Location Verification

A one-time proximity check flags whether a report was filed from school grounds. Exact coordinates are never stored — just an on/off-campus indicator.

💬
Two-Way Messaging

Secure anonymous dialogue between the reporting student and designated school authority. Students stay informed. Authorities get the detail they need.

⚙️
School-Configurable

Custom registration codes, school-specific location zones, and configurable authority assignments. Every school sets it up the way that works for them.

🌐
No App Store Required

Silent Hero is a web app — accessible from any browser, on any device. Students can add it to their home screen. No IT approval needed for deployment.
